I'm a firm believer that there's always a reason to celebrate - weddings, birthdays, Wednesdays.. You name it, there should be cake. Or donuts. Or cookies... You get the idea!

I'm self taught and always up for a challenge! I love being a little bit extra when it comes to flavours or decorating and creating something extra special for you!
I'm surrounded by a willing team of passionate taste testers (including me) who test all of my ideas before I send them out into the world. It's a tough job, but someone's got to do it.
